Digital Products

Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed, except in cases where:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The file is damaged or cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue on our end.
  • You received a different digital product than the one you purchased.

If you face any issues with your digital purchase, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Digital products after download or access.
  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use.
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange or cover the return shipping where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
